I have used Bryn Fowler to sell two properties and would highly recommend him. In particular I would highlight the following: Strategy : On both occasions, he adopted an appropriate strategy to sell the property. The first was in a challenging property market and the approach maximised the contact from prospective purchasers and resulted in the property being sold at a great price. The second one was even moredifficult in that not only the market was challenging but there were some significant issues with the property that would deter prospective buyers. By adopting an 'auction' approach and with a concerted marketing campaign the property was sold at a very good price prior to the auction. Communication/updates: Throughout each of the sales Bryn provided excellent communication including: Informal updates after each 'Open to Inspection' Formal weekly updates Informal updates as we neared the auction for the second property Negotiation skills: Bryn really earned his money with the second sale. Several days prior to the auction we had 2 interested parties and Bryn's negotiation skills came to the fore * he gently cajoled the perspective buyers to increase their offer over a day * the end result was a very good price.
